Shipping Charges and Time:

Free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 1700/-. If the order value is less than that, there will be a small shipping charge imposed. However, shipping time varies according to the place and courier service. Your order will usually reach you between 2-4 business days.

Replacement Policy:

At BELA, we strive to achieve perfection in the products. If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will replace it with the same product, subject to availability.

Return Policy:

Returns are not accepted due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product itself. Please note, however, that in case you received the wrong item, get in touch with our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will assist you in arranging the replacement for the correct item.

How to Start a Replacement:
