Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The products should be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items such as personal care products, cosmetics, and sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at belagetglow@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Refunds: Once the return is processed and the product is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, along with covering the return shipping costs.
